1. Ordering & Customization

• All products on Custom Wear are custom-made based on your selected design, style, and preferences.
• Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted, as we begin processing immediately.
• Please double-check your design, size, and contact details before placing an order.

2. Refund & Return Policy

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless:
  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • There is a manufacturing defect
• If eligible, claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product, along with clear images as proof.

3. Product Appearance Disclaimer

• The digital preview on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product due to:
  • Screen brightness, resolution, and color calibration
  • Fabric texture and print method
• These minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.

4. Intellectual Property

• User-uploaded designs must not:
  • Infringe any third-party copyright or trademark
  • Contain offensive, abusive, or illegal content
• You are fully responsible for the content you upload.

5. Payment

• We use secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay). We do not store your credit/debit card details.
• Pricing may change without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Custom Wear is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

7. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity under your account is considered authorized unless reported otherwise.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
